A little much more intensive and assertive in taste than Blue Kings, these Norwegian crabs are a wonderful distillation of the iconic crab taste profile when prepared only. King crab meat is sweet and succulent, with a rather briny flavor. The texture is company and meaty, but tender and sensitiv
